A Landscape Architect should visit the site as often as is agreed in the scope of works with the client. A specific number of site visits/inspections of works should be decided from the outset with the client.

If however any additional visits are required outside the original scope of works, a separate fee would have been provided by the Landscape Architect to the Client in the fee proposal.
